Direction

We bring together leadership, staff and, where relevant, members or volunteers. We cover what AI is and what it isn’t, then talk about what you value, what you are aiming for, and what you don’t want to hand over to a machine. We also make room for the worries and fears AI raises.

Mapping
A look at everyday work: where the real benefits are and where the limits lie.
We look at where your time actually goes. We identify the tasks where AI could free up time for what matters more, and the ones where it has no place. Along the way we assess privacy, risks and costs.
A prioritised list of use cases, the terms for each, and an honest estimate of the benefits.

Pilot
One or two small pilots in real work, with real people.
We build pilots so that your data and decisions stay with you, using open-source models on your own infrastructure where needed. We measure what we agreed mattered in the direction step.

Adoption
Skills, practices and follow-up, so the change lasts.
We train people to use the tools with judgement and write down shared ground rules. We also agree how the principles will be revisited as the technology and your needs change.

What does it cost?
The first discovery call is free. The direction workshop is €1,500 + VAT. Other services are priced to your needs after the discovery call.
Do we need to be using AI already?
No. Many start where some people use tools on their own and others not at all. That is exactly when a shared conversation is most valuable.
Surely you always recommend AI?
We don’t. The aim is to find the right relationship with AI for you. Sometimes the best outcome is a reasoned decision to keep something in human hands.
Do you sell any company’s products or licences?
No. We are independent and take no referral fees. We favour open source, but we recommend what fits your needs.
What does AI on your own infrastructure mean?
The AI model runs on a server you own or control, so your data isn’t sent to a foreign cloud service for processing. That matters when you handle sensitive information.
Can we buy just part of it?
Yes. Many start with the direction workshop alone (€1,500 + VAT) and then decide whether to continue together or on their own.
